Robert Waggoner wrote the acclaimed book, Lucid Dreaming – Gateway to the Inner Self, and the award winning book, Lucid Dreaming Plain and Simple (with co-author Caroline McCready). A lucid dreamer since 1975, Waggoner has explored lucid dreaming deeply, and helped others discover how you can use lucid dreaming to access inner creativity, heal emotional and physical trauma, engage your inner awareness and experience transformational growth.
In this presentation on The Science and Potential of Lucid Dreaming, Robert Waggoner shared some of the scientific research on the experience of lucid dreaming (or realizing within the dream state that you are dreaming). He also shared the potential of lucid dreaming for the lucid dreamer and also for science. Finally, Robert shared from his books two simple techniques on how to become lucidly aware in the dream state, and how to stabilize the lucid dream.
