PAST EVENT
Hollyhock exists to inspire, nourish, and support people who are making the world better.
They offer 80+ programs and conferences each year to help you connect to yourself, nature, and community.
Their Cortes Island campus rests in the traditional and ancestral territories of the Klahoose, Tla’amin, Homalco Nations. They are committed to renewing our relationships with the First Nations peoples whose territories we are the current stewards of.
They also offer programming in Vancouver and other urban centres across North America. Vancouver programs are located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Shine the Light is Hollyhock’s most important virtual fundraiser event of the year.
Through this event marking 40 years of sparking change at Hollyhock, expert speakers brought potent offerings designed to shine the light on a very exciting 2022 season.
For 40 years, Hollyhock has offered programming to help people develop the skills, personal qualities, values, and networks that support them to live a life full of wisdom, compassion, and social impact. In 2022, they reemerged, reset, and rebooted as an organization and in society.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us March 20th and supported Hollyhock in bringing scholarships for their growing community of leaders, and providing the content to support connection building, learning and growth.
